Puddin' And Grahams

I really don't know if there's a name for this dessert or not. I was wanting to make something
for a club meeting that has a couple of people who are diabetic. I had sugar free/fat free Jello
Pudding mix, and I had some graham crackers, so I just whipped this up. I'm sure it's nothing new,
but everyone who tries it, loves it.
Ingredients:
2 large boxes of
Jello Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding mix.
2 large boxes of Jello Sugar Free Instant Chocolate or Chocolate Fudge Pudding mix
10 cups of 2% milk
2 pkg. low fat graham crackers
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, prepare the 2 boxes of vanilla pudding mix per
directions, using only 2-1/2
cups of milk per box instead of the called for 3 cups.
In a large serving dish (9 x 13) cover the bottom of the dish with whole graham crackers.
Pour the prepared vanilla pudding mix in and spread to cover the crackers.
Then add a layer of graham crackers on top of the vanilla mix.
Prepare the chocolate pudding mix the same way as the vanilla, then pour and spread to make the top layer.
Cover and chill overnight if possible to allow the graham crackers to soften.
Cut into squares and serve.
