Orange Roughy
Here's a very easy and tasty coating recipe for orange roughy.
Ingredients:
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1 cup instant potato flakes
1 pkg. original ranch dressing mix
1 tsp. dried dill
Melted butter
Directions:
This is a dry mixture. Keep in a closed container if not used right away.
Dip fillets in melted butter, and then roll them in the dry mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
