Key Lime Cheesecake

Here's a quick and easy recipe for Key Lime Cheesecake that will please everyone. 


1 pkg. No-Bake Cheesecake (Jello or Royal)

2 containers of Yoplait Key Lime yogurt

1/2 cup milk

1 lime

Green food coloring


In a 9" pie plate or pan, prepare the cheesecake graham cracker crust per package directions

Prepare the cheesecake filling by using only 1/2 cup of milk and the 2 containers of yogurt

Add lime zest, the squeezings from one half of the lime, and 1 drop of green food coloring while mixing the filling

Pour into the pie shell and refrigerate for 2 hrs.

At serving time, top the cheesecake with extra-creamy Cool Whip topping.

Garnish with some slices from the second half of the lime.
