Holiday Horseradish Cheese Ball

2 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1-1/2 Tbs. Horseradish
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 cup corned beef (thin sliced lunch meat, chopped fine)
3/4 cup dried parsley
Mix all ingredients except parsley together and form into a ball.
Roll the ball in parsley flakes and chill for 2 hrs.
Garnish with pecan halves and parsley sprigs
Serve with Sociable Crackers.
