Tarragon Green Bean

Here's a quick and easy recipe for a very tasty way to prepare green beans
Ingredients:
4 cups fresh or frozen cut green beans
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large onion, chopped
1 celery rib, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
2 Tbs. butter or margarine
3/4 tsp. dried tarragon
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper (salt free)
Pepper (to taste)
Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine the beans, water and salt.
Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, or until tender.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, sauté the onion, celery and bell pepper in butter/margarine.
Stir in the tarragon, lemon pepper and pepper.
Drain the beans, add the above vegetable mixture, and toss to coat.
Yields six servings.
