Cornbread Salad

This recipe was very popular at a recent daylily society meeting we had,
so I ask our member, Rose Lyons to share it with us.
Ingredients:
2 pkgs Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
1 -1/2 sticks butter (melted)
8 oz small curd cottage cheese
1- 10oz pkg frozen broccoli (chopped)
4 eggs - slightly beaten
Chopped green onions (opional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix all ingredients with a spoon.
Bake in a 9 x 13" pan for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
