Chocolate Buckeyes

1 (16oz.) box confectioner's sugar

1 (18oz.) jar creamy peanut butter

1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup softened margarine

Combine sugar, margarine, and peanut butter.

Beat until well blended and mixture begins to cling together.

Roll into 3/4" balls and place on waxed paper. Refrigerate for several minutes to chill.

Melt chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler over hot water.

Stick toothpicks into the peanut butter balls and dip into the warm chocolate so that all but the tip of the ball is covered, letting the excess chocolate run off.

Place on waxed paper and let cool.

Remove the toothpick, and smooth closed the toothpick hole.
