Breakfast Casserole

1 lb. sausage -browned w/onion and drained

4 eggs

Frozen hash browns-optional

2 cups milk

1 cup Bisquick

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese




Mix eggs and milk; add all other ingredients with the Bisquick last.

Mix and bake in a 9X13 casserole dish for 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees.
