Quick And Easy Beef Stew

Here's a quick and easy beef stew recipe that uses Veg-All Homestyle vegetables.
It's flexible, so you can add anything you want to it to suit you tastes.
Ingredients:
1 tsp. of your favorite cooking oil
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 lb. cooked lean boneless round steak, cut into 1" cubes
1 can (14oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (29oz) Veg-All Homestyle large cut vegetables, undrained
1 tsp. paprika
1 Tbs. marjoram
1 tsp. chili powder
Directions:
In a large pot or Dutch oven, sauté the onion until soft and clear.
Add garlic and cook 2 minutes longer
Add pre-cooked meat, tomatoes, vegetables, and seasonings
Add enough water to cover
Heat covered until meat and vegetables are heated through
Serve with your favorite bread or Southern Cornbread.
One variation of the above is to use Italian Style diced tomatoes, and substitute
garlic powder for chili powder
Another variation is to add 2 Tbs. Catalina Dressing to mixture for a special taste.
