Patrice's Salmon Patties

Ingredients:
1 can salmon, drained
Remove black pieces and crush the bones finely. (bones are good for you)
1 sleeve of saltine crackers, crushed, but not too fine
2 large eggs
1 small onion, finely minced. (in the summer, I use green onions)
1 large dill pickle or 3 small pickles (finely minced)
Directions:
Add all ingredients and squish together to make 5 patties
Coat each of the patties in cracked black pepper or sprinkle black pepper on each side
Fry in large pan with 3 or 4 Tbsp. vegetable oil until crispy.
