Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients: 

2 (4 ounce) boxes Jell-O Instant Chocolate Pudding

2 cups Bisquick mix

cup sugar

cup milk

1/3 cup oil

2 eggs

Chocolate chips, Peanut butter chips or M&Ms candy, or nuts. (optional)

 

Directions:

 

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix pudding mix, sugar, and baking mix in bowl with a wooden spoon. Add oil, milk, and eggs, and optional candy and/or nuts. Mix together until a ball forms. Shape a spoonful of dough into a 1/2-inch ball. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Place dough balls about 2 inches apart.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
