3 oz. pkg. of lemon Jell-O

1 c. hot water

2 Tbsp. sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 c. pecans

1 large can crushed pineapple, drained

1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

8 oz. 7-Up soft drink

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.  Add 7-Up and set aside.  

Beat cream cheese and pineapple until smooth.  

Add sugar and vanilla.  

Add Jell-O mixture and pecans.  

Refrigerate over night.
